Info
We anonymize all files on upload. We do not store the following information on our servers.
- File IDs
- House IDs
- Homeowner Authorization IDs
- Property Tax Roll Numberss
- Builder Names
- User Names or Company
- Client Information Mailing Addresses
Upload
- Select a Hot2000 file from your computer.
- Adding a short decription can help with differentiating houses from each other. Noting base houses helps with file distinction and organization as you can save simulations from the Results page after exploring different combinations.
- You will need to click the check box indicating that your account will be charged before you are able to upload a file.
- Once you click "Confirm File Upload" a loading icon will appear.
- HEET will confirm when the file has been uploaded.
- If you are having difficulty uploading a file, refer to the File Preparation section or error displays to troubleshoot.
File Preparation
- Supported assemblies/constructions for HEET are displayed here. If you require an assembly that we do not currently support please contact us directly for implementation or information.
