Creating a Company

• Type your desired company name into the Company Name field.
• Company names can contain uppercase letters, lower case letters, numbers and spaces.
• Press the Create button to create your company
• Once the company is created a table will appear in the Company tab where you can invite members to your company.

Adding Members to a Company

• You can invite Members by the username or the email associated with the users account on the Company tab

• Fill out the username or email registered with the user account and press the Send Invite button.
• Requests can only be sent to users who are not currently associated with a company.
• A Request Sent message will appear.

Accepting a Company Invite

Danger
Please note:
• If you have credits associated with your account, those credits will be transferred to the Company.
• Any files associated with your account will be transferred to the Company and all company users will be able to access the files.

• Click Accept Request to accept the company invite.
• Click Deny Request to reject the company invite.

Company Roles and Permissions

• There are 2 permissions levels to a company, Admins and Users.
• Creating a company will assign the company creator as an Admin by default.
• You cannot change your own status from Admin to User.
• An account that joins a company will be assigned as a User by default.
• Users can upload files and run simulations on any of files uploaded to the company.
• Admins can change the permissions status of Users AND other Admins.
• Admins can see additional company information on the Company tab.
